About Me

My photo
I am a Service Dog in Training for my parents in wheelchairs. When we're not working, we spend time together playing and cuddling! My parents are so proud that they smile at me all the time and teach me about the happiness that challenges in life can bring. I like to share this with others by writing books about my adventures! I also have a sister Butterfly who's new to our family. I teach her lots of things and share my treats with her. I think she looks up to me, but she won't admit it! LOL!

books

It's raining "cats and dogs" here in Tampa Bay today! Windy, windy too! Someone called a "weatherman" said we have a tornado warning and based on what I've seen in movies about little dogs and tornadoes, I don't like this one bit! So, I hid out in the shower most of the day...But I convinced myself to brave it all to say "hi again!" Also, a shout-out to my mom who found an easier way for people to get my books- here it is! Thanks mom! LB

Me and My Bro Play Fighting

Oops! I almost forgot- here's a video of me and my brother Ellby play fighting! Don't worry, we never bite each other (or anyone else), we just like to pretend! LB

I'm back!

Sorry I was away from my blog for so long! I, the Cool LB, was spending time with my new baby brother, Ellby. He's a toy Pomeranian like me, cute and smart like me too! He needed a lot of my guidance "learning the ropes"... and is already 2 years old now! I can't believe how time flies! My mom has told me she's glad I trained him so well, and I will always be her baby boy no matter how old I am- so that's good... Anyhoo, here's a video of me and my peeps having fun this summer! Hope we make you smile! Little Bear

With this book you get a wonderful story and a children's workbook in one! The story is about a tiny dog proudly named Little Bear, who learns about how to stay safe and the importance of talking about feelings. Workbook items ask children to listen to their instincts, and stand up for themselves if someone is trying to trick or hurt them by saying 'no' and telling a safe adult. It's a great book for any parent or professional working with children to teach abuse prevention. The story doesn't directly talk about abuse, so it is age appropriate for all children.

Let me introduce myself...

I am a four year old toy Pomeranian weighing only 7 pounds, training to be a Service Dog. I have a very big heart and have been told that I exude happiness, enthusiasm, and character. I have to admit that I am smart and sweet, and have strength well beyond my size! People who meet me often ask what I can do as a service dog and I tell them my stories.
